The Australian Space Science Conference (ASRC)  is intended to be the primary annual meeting for Australian research relating to space science. It welcomes space scientists, engineers, educators, and workers in Industry and Government.

Early-bird rates are available until midnight of September 2.

Adelaide CBD has various levels of accommodation available nearby.  

Nearby public transport is found at Southern Cross railway station and the light-rail service that runs along North Terrace past the University. 


Conference Dinner
This will be held at the National Wine Centre of Australia which is located in the Botanical Gardens at the edge of the CBD 

Dinner consists of 2 courses (mains and dessert)  at $110 per person + some drinks to start the night
Guests can also purchase their own drinks at the cash bar later in the night.
We are limited to 70 people in the venue  .. please register early.

All Payments must be made in Australian dollars and include GST.  Payments must be remitted in Australian dollars and drawn on an Australian bank. 

A tax invoice will be issued to all delegates on receipt of your registration form when accompanied by your payment.  Your registration will not be confirmed until payment in full is received.  All online registrations will receive a confirmation e-mail.

All regular fees quoted include lunch on the day registered, and include entry to the cocktail function on the Tuesday if registered on that day. 

Registrations after September 22 may be subject to a $30 late fee.

Our Cancellation Policy
  • A $30 cancellation fee up to Sepember 22
  • No refunds after September 22
Delegates may transfer their registration to another person at no charge by contacting the secretariat
